Diana Saliceti is a corporate and commercial transactions attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on domestic and international matters. She brings a combination of law firm and in-house legal experience, having worked in both small and public company in-house teams, for approximately the last 10 years.
Diana has broad experience on technology transactions, including enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services, and data and IP licensing. In addition, Diana has experience representing companies in US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, corporate finance transactions and general corporate matters.
As a senior in-house legal advisor, Diana supported product, IT, sales, marketing, finance, and operational teams on new product launches, e-commerce platform initiatives and emerging technology applications, as well as with US and international public tenders, procurement and vendor compliance matters, and regulatory authority requests.
Industry experience: Enterprise technology and software, SaaS, open source, cloud and digital services, e-commerce, legal and scientific information services, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, structured finance, and private equity.
International experience: Transactions and agreements across the U.S., the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Able to transact in Spanish and experienced negotiating Portuguese-language agreements.
